DGP Lectures

The Data Generation Project (DGP) Collaboration Module provides resources for data users to learn about the DGP-generated datasets relevant standards and analysis tools, and potential research opportunities/challenges within the Bridge2AI Consortium. The first tier of lectures will describe the clinical context for the DGP data collection, characterize the features of each data type, describe how the data and metadata was collected, enumerate existing data standards, API, and tools, and discuss case studies, potential applications, and more details unique to the DGP. Additional lectures will also feature specific education materials and hands-on tutorials from each DGP.
The SWD Core at the BRIDGE Center is working closely with the SWD modules from the four participating DGPs (see DGP Collaborations for more details). The DGP Module Lectures will provide resources for data users to learn about their datasets, relevant standards and analysis tools, and potential research opportunities/challenges within the BRIDGE2AI Consortium.
- Provide clinical context for the DGP data collection;
- Characterize the features of each data types;
- Describe how the data was collected (meta data);
- Enumerate existing data standards, APIs, and tools;
- Discuss case studies & potential applications unique to DGP and beyond;
These topics will be addressed in 4 or more lectures; 1-2 lectures from each DGP. In addition, the DGP’s will offer tutorials, together with blog posts, etc to facilitate the training process.
